Want to get into the best shape in your life?
Looking for an extremely Intense fitness program?
This is not your regular old fitness or cardio kickboxing program! This is cutting edge; circuit fitness training that combines the benefits of kick-boxing, body-weight exercises (calisthenics), intense cardio exercises, kettle bell training, free-weights, fight sparring, and intense military style interval training. Our training goes beyond just making you look and feel great. It also works your core and stabilizer muscles giving you functional fitness for real life.
Based on years of experience training soldiers and preparing athletes to be in peak condition when entering the ring; each 60 minute session will be a fun, hi-intensity hardcore training session guaranteed to shoot your strength, power and endurance through the roof!!! It doesn't matter if you are looking to get into serious shape or already a seasoned athlete. Our fitness program will produce results!
Warning!
This program is not for everyone. This is not the ever popular and growing "boot camp fitness" or the cliche "cardio kickboxing." Anyone can get a good workout and get into shape at any number of those big commercial gyms. Our program is very intense and is for those with serious fitness in mind. Many have come... few were truly up to the challenge.
