Our Facility

This is not your neighborhood martial arts school! This is a 5,088 square feet first class facility for serious Reality-Based Street Self Defense, Military Hand-to-Hand Combat/Close Quarters Combatives (CQC), Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics, and Combat Arts training! Most people that walk into our doors tell us we have the nicest "martial arts" training facility they have seen in Houston.

Residing in the Champions / Willowbrook area of northwest Houston, we wanted to maintain an extremely clean, first-class environment, while still maintaining every bit of functionality for serious training. Our facility is often described as having an "upscale street look."

Here is what you can expect from our facility:

  • 3 seperate training areas plus a full sized professional regulation Muay Thai boxing ring, free-weights fitness area, and hitting bag area
  • changing rooms and lockers
  • emaculately clean facility!
  • seperate outdoor training space
  • 100 lb. and 150 lb. heavy bags
  • body opponent bags (B.O.B.)
  • specialty hitting bags (uppercut, teardrop, ground and pound, etc.)
  • free weight fitness equipment (olympic style barbell bench press, dumbells, leg extensions, etc.)
  • guest seating
  • lounge area with LCD TV, DirecTV, magazines, Free WiFi, Microwave, Coffe, Tea, Drink Vending Machine
  • pro shop to purchase everything you need for training
  • sporting event viewing parties for members (UFC, WEC, NFL, etc.)
